Proverbs 6:16-19 (NIV)”There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

LET US PRAY: “Heavenly Father,
You desire peace and order in our communities, and You hate the sowing of discord among brothers. We lift up the regular people today—workers, families, shop owners, and everyday citizens—who endure the hatred, disruptions, blockades, noise, and silliness brought by prolonged protests and agitators. Grant them patience, protection from harm, and restoration of calm daily life. Help authorities maintain justice without excess, quiet the spirits of division, and turn hearts toward reconciliation rather than strife. May Your wisdom prevail over chaos, fostering unity and respect for one another. In the name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, Amen.
