Let’s cut the crap. Portland Police Chief Bob Day just turned a press conference into a therapy session, sobbing like a schoolgirl while admitting what every sane American already knew: the two Venezuelan illegals shot by Border Patrol agents were tied to the vicious Tren de Aragua gang.
These weren’t innocent “victims” or some sweet married couple out for a drive—they were criminal aliens, one a suspected gang member, the other linked to a TdA prostitution ring.
They allegedly tried to ram federal officers with their vehicle, forcing a self-defense shooting. And Day? He cries. Huh?
This isn’t compassion; it’s betrayal. Day choked up, wiped away tears with a handkerchief, and whimpered about “historic injustice of victim-blaming.” He hesitated to even release the facts because—get this—he didn’t want to hurt feelings in the Latino community or make the gangsters look bad. Historic injustice? He didn’t want to hurt feelings? How many other times has this ginger jello bag held back important and truthful info to protect special interest’s feelings?

THE BELOVED GANG BANGERS OF PORTLAND
The real historic injustice is Portland’s streets turning into a sanctuary for foreign criminals while real cops risk their lives and American citizens get preyed upon.
Day’s blubbering isn’t about justice; it’s about cowardice. He prioritized woke optics over public safety, dragging his feet on confirming TdA links even after DHS laid it all out. These thugs are part of a terrorist-designated gang notorious for violence, trafficking, and terrorizing communities. Yet here comes Chief Crybaby, more worried about “disparaging” them than protecting the people he swore to serve.
He even addressed the “Latino community” specifically, as if confirming gang ties somehow insults every law-abiding Hispanic person. Newsflash: it doesn’t. Real Latinos don’t want gangbangers in their neighborhoods any more than the rest of us.
This is peak Portland vomit. The city’s police force has been neutered for years—defunded, demoralized, told to stand down during riots while Antifa burned the place down. Now the top cop weeps over gangsters getting what they asked for when they weaponized a car against law enforcement. Humiliating doesn’t begin to cover it. It’s an embarrassment to every hardworking officer who puts on the badge to fight actual crime, not coddle it.
Day’s tears symbolize everything wrong with blue-city leadership: soft, spineless, and more loyal to ideology than to the oath. He didn’t cry for the Border Patrol agents put in mortal danger. He didn’t cry for the victims of TdA’s brutality back in Venezuela or here in America. No—he cried because telling the truth about dangerous illegals might offend someone.
Pathetic. Weak. Disgraceful.
If this is the best Portland can muster for a police chief, the department is beyond useless—it’s actively harmful. Day should hand in his badge and go sob somewhere else. Real law enforcement doesn’t break down over facts; it enforces them. Portland deserves better than this sniveling spectacle. America deserves leaders with spines, not handkerchiefs.
This guy is not emotionally equipped to work at his job. He should be fired immediately.

LET US PRAY:
You see the weak and cowardly leaders like Chief Bob Day who fail to stand firm against evil, leaving good Christian people exposed to harm from violent thugs and gangs. We pray for Your protection over the innocent citizens of Portland and beyond—families, workers, and believers—who rely on authorities to uphold justice but face a pathetic, tearful weakness in those meant to defend them. Strengthen the righteous, grant courage to true protectors, and raise up men of strong character who fear You more than man. Shield Your people from danger, frustrate the schemes of the wicked, and deliver us by Your mighty hand. In the name of Jesus Christ, our strong tower and defender, Amen.
