The celebrity bubble has become a laboratory for a social experiment that borders on the cruel.
Growing up as the child of a global icon is a unique burden that few people can truly grasp. These children are born into a world where their parents are literally worshipped by millions. They live in the shadow of giants who have captured the world’s attention with their beauty or their talent or their wealth. This creates a deep and painful psychological vacuum.
These kids often feel like the children of a lesser god. They are searching for a way to matter in a house where the air is already filled by a famous ego.
In this vacuum, the modern gender movement offers an easy exit. It provides an instant identity that requires no talent and no hard work. It offers a way to be special and unique in a way that the famous parent cannot easily replicate. This is why we see a massive over-representation of trans identity in the homes of the Hollywood elite.
It’s not because the water in Malibu is different. It’s because the culture of celebrity rewards the most extreme versions of self-reinvention.

We must be honest about what we are seeing here. This is not a biological reality. It is a manifestation of a mental health crisis. When a person believes they are something their body clearly says they are not, we are looking at a delusion.
In real medical science we could compare this to Cotard’s Delusion, a psychological illness where a person thinks they are dead but no one else seems to be acknowledging it. Or, we could compare it to Capgras Delusion, another psychological disorder where a person thinks their loved ones are gone and have been replaced by imposters.
Simple observation tells us that both Cotard’s and Capgras are delusions. We can see that the Cotard’s patient isn’t dead and decayed, and we know that the loved ones of a Capgras patient are not imposters. Again, these are mental afflictions. Patients afflicted are diagnosed by science and treated by science for their delusion.
Should we bury the person afflicted with Cotard’s? They think they’re dead anyway, so why not just get a casket and bury them in the family plot? Make it official, right?
Or maybe we should kill off the demonic imposters who pretend to be the husbands, wives and children of the patient suffering from Capras? Why not? They’re not even real people, and they’re causing a lot of distress for the patient, aren’t they?
Do you see how crazy that sounds? Sadly, sometimes, in psychiatric medicine, the word CRAZY is the only word that works.
With gender dysphoria – a delusion that one is not the sex one was born to be – the celebrity culture opts not to treat the delusion but opts instead to mutilate the body in order to entertain the delusion. It’s no different than casketing and burying a person who simply believes they are dead. It’s the same as eliminating the family of the person who believes they’re all imposters.

The parents are often the worst enablers. In high-society circles, having a trans child has become a status symbol. It is a way for a celebrity to prove they are the most tolerant and the most “evolved” person in the room. They use their children as accessories for their own virtue signaling. They trade the long-term mental stability of their kids for a few days of positive press. And while we’re at it, maybe it’s the celebrities who are suffering from a delusion. Maybe we should start there.
It’s a betrayal of the basic duty of a parent to guide a child through the confusion of youth. These kids are being fooled into a permanent solution for a temporary search for identity. They are victims of a culture that has abandoned truth for the sake of a trend.

The Biblical Word
“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.” — Jeremiah 17:14
Why I Chose This Verse
I chose this verse because it acknowledges that true healing and identity come from within the soul. In a world where people try to “save” themselves through surgery or social labels, this scripture reminds us that our soul is the only source of a restored mind and a peaceful heart.
A Prayer
Heavenly Father, we lift up the children who are lost in the shadows of fame and the confusion of this world. We ask that You grant them a spirit of clarity and peace. Protect them from the delusions of the culture and the pride of those who should be their protectors. Lead them back to the truth of how You created them and wrap them in Your perfect love. Amen.
