Then, the commercial break hits, and corporate executives slide in to offer the antidote to their personal collapse. They target senior citizens who are genuinely afraid of dying, losing their memories, and becoming a burden to their families.
Enter the modern snake oil syndicate. MOstly recently among them is Fatty15, alongside legendary airwave-polluters like Prevagen, Balance of Nature, and Relief Factor.
The Weaponized Loophole
These companies have figured out a genius legal scam to dodge federal regulations while robbing senior citizens blind. Because they cannot legally claim their pills cure actual diseases, their lawyers use hyper-specific “careful wording.” They promise “nutrients proven to support cell health” or formulas that “promote cognitive clarity.”
